Little Champs
Our Little Champs class is meant to be an easy introduction to yoga. Each class is themed and has the following elements:
- Focus
- Warm UP
- Breath Work
- Yoga Poses
- Savasana (calming meditation)
- Each week we go on a different adventure and do yoga poses along the way. Each class includes a Mindfulness craft. We supply mats for each child, props, music and lots of love!

Little Champs (In-Person , 6 Kids Limited)

Junior Champs
Junior Champs Super builds on the foundation skills and yoga basics learnt in our Little champs class. Older students will explore partner yoga poses that build confidence and trust. The format moves into a more traditional form of Yoga classes and children are allowed to work to their own ability, it is suitable for complete beginners. In these classes we are building strength, confidence, balance, getting comfortable and much more.

Super Champs
Super Champs is the culmination of the preceding age groups. It brings together all the skills learnt from Junior Champs and introduces them to "adult" yoga flows. This 1 hour yoga class will coordinate breathing and physical movement, also improve focus and concentration, and help students regain control of their body in mind. Older students will explore partner yoga poses that build confidence and trust. The format moves into a more traditional form of Yoga classes and children are allowed to work to their own ability, it is not suitable for complete beginners. In these classes we are building strength, confidence, balance, getting comfortable and much more. Introducing the Shloka recitation to help them which helps them in building Memory work and positive vibrations. There is a lot of positive and healthy energy talks and tools happening in these traditional Yoga classes.

Power Champs
Power Champs is the Power of all Kids Classes. In these we come up with some great sequencing in order to target a particular pose. This is the age group where they would get to understand YOGA as a tool this ancient science and techniques in their daily activities
